I have lived at Bethel Estates for over 2 years. I enjoy the peace and quiet and friendly neighbors. We all seem to look out for each other.
It is nice to not have to worry about lawn mowing or snow removal. Also, the few times I have needed maintenance, the response have been timely. I really enjoy living here.
